Duel for the Dale Jr. DVD Contest Official Rules

Official Rules:

Contest open to United States residents only.

Starting at 12:01 a.m. (Est.) February 5, 2007 and running until 11:59 p.m. (Est.) February 14, 2007 fans can enter to win a new 2 disc complete first season DVD of Back in the Day with Dale Earnhardt Jr.

How to Enter:

Pick the winner of the two duel races at Daytona and find as many of the 10 keywords (One will be highlighted in ORANGE in the news section of SCR daily for 10 days) to SCR using the provided Entry Form

The first email sent to SCR should include:

The first keyword
Your name (First and Last), a good contact phone number and email address. The winner will be contacted at which time they will have to provide a mailing address.

All Other Emails Must Include:

Keywords 2-10, until you have at least sent to SCR
Your Name (First and Last)
One of the emails has to have your picks for who you think will win each duel race at Daytona.

All entrants must pick who they think will win the two duel races February 15, 2007. They must also check the site daily to find a keyword that has been highlighted in ORANGE and send them daily or all at one time using the provided Entry Form. As soon a new keyword is added the previous day’s keyword will be removed. All entrants can send picks to SCR in separate emails or send as many of the keywords and their pick for the duel winners in one email.

All entries must be received by (email stamped time) by 11:59 p.m. (Est.) February 14, 2007.

The staff of SCR will choose one winner from all entries received that have sent at least six keywords to SCR and correctly picked the winners from the two duel races at Daytona February 15, 2007.

If no one picks both drivers correctly SCR will choose a winner from all entry’s that have one driver picked correctly and at least six of the keywords sent to SCR.

If no one picks either winner correctly SCR will use the following system to pick a winner.

SCR will choose a winner from all contestants who have sent in all 10 keywords.
SCR will choose a winner from all contestants who have sent in 9 of the 10 keywords.
SCR will choose a winner from all contestants who have sent in 8 of the 10 keywords.
SCR will choose a winner from all contestants who have sent in 7 of the 10 keywords.
SCR will choose a winner from all contestants who have sent in 6 of the 10 keywords.

If no one sends in all 10 keywords SCR will choose a winner from all entrants who have sent in 9 of the 10 keywords. SCR will then use the system above to choose a winner.

If no entrants have at least six of the keywords sent in, SCR will pick a winner from all entries received.

The DVD will be sent with in 3 weeks after the winner is announced.

All winners give SCR the right to use there name on the site for future promotions and contest.

SCR will also post the winners name on the site for at least one week after the winner is announced.

All entries must be sent to SCR using the provided Entry Form. All sections of the entry form are required.

SCR will not accept any entries sent to any other email address.

SCR will send the winner an email with in 24 hours after the DVD is shipped. Once SCR sends that email we are no longer responsible for the DVD and it being delivered. SCR is not responsible for entries that are sent to missing, lost or any emails sent to the wrong email address.

SCR will not sell, store or distribute any personal information.
