Right Place, Right Time for Benson

Lebanon, TN - Johnny Benson took advantage of the bumper tag that Mike Skinner and Todd Bodine were playing to win the Toyota Tundra 200 Saturday at Nashville. On the second to last lap Bodine made contact with Skinner to take the lead. On the final lap Skinner got back at Bodine taking them both out of contention and handing third place Benson the win.

 

Finishing second Jack Sprague followed by rookie Marcos Ambrose third, Ted Musgrave fourth and Brendan Gaughan rounding out the top five.

 

After the incident between Bodine and Skinner, Bodine ended up eighth and Skinner finished 17th. SCR

Lebanon, TN - After sitting out three races due to lack of funds, Mario Gooselin came back Saturday in his No. 12 Chevrolet to win the ARCA/ReMax 200 Saturday at Nashville. Finishing second Saturday was Brent Sherman followed by Brad Coleman third. Billy Venturini and Damon Lusk rounded out the top five. The race was shortened by five laps to accommodate the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race that was scheduled after it. SCR
