Stewart Celebrates With the Fans

Tony Stewart pulled off his second win of the weekend at Daytona by winning the Pepsi 400 Saturday night. Stewart who dominated the IROC race Thursday night passed pole sitter Boris Said after a late caution to take the win, Said finished fourth.

 

The race ended under caution after tire debris was found on the white flag lap. Stewart was followed by the Busch brother Kyle and Kurt in second and third, Said was fourth and Matt Kenseth rounded out the top five.

 

Kenseth pulled to within 8 points of point leader Jimmie Johnson with his fifth place finish. Johnson wrecked and finished 32nd.

 

Stewart climbed the catchfence after the race and went into the crowd to celebrate with the fans.

 

The race saw a record 15 leaders with 29 lead changes. SCR
